Terraform & Helm & aws-load-balancer-controller : ALB won't be created
I would also recommend taking a look at the official IAM Module for EKS. It's very helpful, supported and saves ALOT of time.

Error creating "tags" on a aws_iam_policy resource only on Ubuntu. Why?
