termux-monet VS AndronixOrigin

There's termux-monet (https://github.com/HardcodedCat/termux-monet) which is actively maintained and has quite a few UI improvements since it forked from termux.

Yes but it's also buggier. So if it doesn’t work with ReVanced Manager try with Revancify in Termux (https://github.com/termux/termux-app. Also i recommend not using official Termux since it's a little outdated and buggy. Instead use Termux Monet (https://github.com/HardcodedCat/termux-monet) it's less buggier and gets updated more often.

Firstly, you have to install Termux

Use this termux and type pkg update -y && pkg install git -y && git clone https://github.com/decipher3114/Revancify && ./Revancify/revancify

Note that instructions on https://github.com/HardcodedCat/termux-monet to disable phantom process killer are rather a mix for different Android versions. On Android 13+ (and 12L) you are supposed to toggle only phantom process monitor to enable/disable killing when the limit was exceeded.

If you still want to play around with Linux on a cell phone...then you may like to try Andronix.

Andronix does a good job of GUI Linux on Android.

Andronix is an app that allows you to install several Linux distributions on your Android device. You still retain your Android OS and other Android apps.

If you want to use your fold4 as a desktop/laptop you can use https://andronix.app/ to install a linux distro on the phone. Basically it will install a linux distro into Termux and you can then "login" into it via VNC. I installed WebStorm on it and synched all plugins and settings on it and it runs like a charm also with big projects. If you decide to use a linux distro on the phone and want to install some other software, get the aarch64 / arm7 versions.

Not strictly a VM, but, for example: https://andronix.app/ I don't have a need to run a VM otherwise, so I'm not well versed on it. Plenty of emulation options. Android 13 made it possible to run KVM but it seems it's limited to Tensor chips in Pixels.
