Is there a way to make Termux:GUI faster?
If it's just the startup time, it could be the same issue as for Termux:API, both use am to launch the app. I thought I included support for termux-am with am as a fallback, but it seems I only did that for the C library. Will fix that later for Python. As Termux:GUI only works with the GitHub release of Termux, termux-am should work always, though the am performance issue seems nearly solved: https://github.com/termux/termux-api/issues/552

I recently installed termux but I'm not able to use the clipboard feature. Whenever I use termux-clipboard-set "text", it just enters a new line and I have to use Ctrl+Z to stop the program. I'm on android 11 if that helps
It's possible that you need to also install termux-api
- Will the next version of Termux have writing to removable SDCard support?

I'm new to termux, so suggest me what cool stuff to use termux for.
The Termux Android API does not yet have support to detect Media Key buttons so if your car has the next song button and you want to use that you can setup another Tasker Profile likeso:

Yes. Even without enabling root, you can install Termux[1] and have a full Linux cli environment with ssh.

A standalone zero-dependency Lisp for Linux
With this, I was able to cross compile lone for x86_64 from within the Termux environment of my aarch64 smartphone. All I had to do was obtain the Linux user space API headers for x86_64.
I made a Termux package request for multiplatform Linux UAPI headers specifically so I could cross compile lone but unfortunately it was rejected.
