Sending Telegram Messages using Node.js and the Telegram API
Telegram is a popular messaging app that allows users to send messages, photos, videos, and other types of media to other Telegram users. Me personally use it almost everyday as a way to communicate with family and friends, in short words I really prefer it to some more popular ones as Viber and Whatsapp. One of the great features of Telegram is that it also has an API that allows developers to interact with Telegram's servers and send messages to Telegram users programmatically so your possibilities are infinity. In this blog post, I will keep it short, we will learn how to send Telegram messages via the Telegram API using Node.js.

Use a framework or build from scratch?
I am working on a freelance project where the client wants to build a messaging/social application similar to WhatsApp. I am the only developer working, so I will be building it all, singlehandedly. In the application, for the chat module, should I implement a third-party framework like the Chat SDK (https://github.com/chat-sdk/chat-sdk-ios) or write the code for the view and the functionality entirely from scratch?
What are some alternatives?
When comparing telegram-cli and chat-sdk-ios you can also consider the following projects:
Telegraher - Telegram fork with blackjack and hookers
MessageKit - A community-driven replacement for JSQMessagesViewController
Unigram - Telegram for Windows
Chatto - A lightweight framework to build chat applications, made in Swift
paper-plane - Chat over Telegram on a modern and elegant client

webogram - Telegram web application, GPL v3
NMessenger
barrier - Open-source KVM software
Atlas
fastapi - FastAPI framework, high performance, easy to learn, fast to code, ready for production
