For best practices, I would suggest you study some open source project code on Github(I like this one). If you want to learn best practices about CSS, Kevil Powell's youtube channel has some great resources.

Hi, I'm learning react and I have this personal project that I want to create that requires a client side web app and a backend api using express and I'd like to have the codebase for the client and server under the same project. I use [nb](https://github.com/xwmx/nb). It's a CLI tool (easy to write a GUI for if you want one) that is fast, uses Git to version control things, and handles more than just bookmarks. I sync across computers using Dropbox.

I found xwmx's `nb` which I quite like for its git remote integration and tools, but I find it somewhat clunky to interact with. On top of this, I am relatively inexperienced with vim, would like to keep my config very simple, and have no idea how to integrate `nb` with vim directly.
