Babel: Internationalization (i18n) for Scala applications?
I own created a Scala i18n library and (after many failed attempts) am finally happy with how it is taking shape. The core idea is to leverage compile-time safety when dealing with i18n files. This is achieved by decoding the translations into case classes and by providing a type safe alternative to printf/MessageFormat which are usually used for String value injection. I consider the library to be highly experimental; the load module in particular is likely to undergo significant changes, error messages and documentation are to be improved. So I wouldn't exactly recommend adopting it justyet, but am very keen for feedback. https://github.com/slozzer/babel

Also, there is an issue in the docs because such links lead nowhere, there are some workarounds for that issue.
