  • Update script for apt and nala

I always disliked updating my system. Typing sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade takes time and searching for the last time i updated was also annoying. At some point i created an alias but then switched my shell. This is why i now created a simple script sys-update. This allows me to use one simple command to update my system. If anyone has a similar "problem" and is interested in this script you can check it out on GitHub.
