Ftpd - transfer files from switch to pc and vice versa This is sys-ftpd, a superior version because it runs as a sysmodule on startup.

Trying To FTP From My Mac To My Switch To Simply Put Cheat Files On My SD, Won't Work. Any Suggestions?
Hm, if bootprotect isn't on, then maybe try switching the sysmodule you're using? I use https://github.com/cathery/sys-ftpd -- is that the one you're already using?

got a v1 hacked switch, looking to reset it to hack it myself.
Not directly, no; the SD card won't show up if you just hook your Switch up. However there are things you can do! There's a sysmodule -- basically, a piece of code that runs whenever your Switch is on -- called sys-ftpd that runs an FTP server on your Switch that you can connect to to move files back and forth. Or, you can use Hekate's USB access feature to accomplish the same thing.

KWottrich/sys-clk v1.0.3b released, with support for firmware 16.0
Currently, the official sys-clk repo is awaiting a team member to merge support for HOS 16.0 as contributed by Github developer alula. I have pulled in alula's changes, and this new release supports system firmware 16.0 (and 16.0.1) as a result.

Nintendo Switch OLED Overclocking Question
Yes; I don't know of a way to overclock the Switch that doesn't rely on Atmosphere and the sys-clk sysmodule. Very likely, you will also want Tesla (which in turn requires nx-ovlloader) so you can use the overlay as well.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing sys-ftpd and sys-clk you can also consider the following projects:
nx-ovlloader - Host process for loading Switch overlay OVLs (NROs)
EdiZon - 💡 A homebrew save management, editing tool and memory trainer for Horizon (Nintendo Switch)
dbi - Author is duckbill
SysDVR - Stream switch games to your PC via USB or network
hb-appstore - Homebrew App Store - GUI for downloading/managing homebrew apps
hekate - hekate - A GUI based Nintendo Switch Bootloader
Goldleaf - 🍂 Multipurpose homebrew tool for Nintendo Switch
linkalho
untitled - Batch title uninstaller for the Nintendo Switch
Atmosphere - Atmosphère is a work-in-progress customized firmware for the Nintendo Switch.
