An interloper destroyed my giveaway island (used a glitch which erased all items), so I decided to make a montage of my rebuild!
It's certainly possible - maybe even probable. I've found this program you can run on hacked Switches to allow preprogrammed inputs. This is useful for Tool-Assisted Speedruns (TAS), which can press buttons faster than any human can. It's possible that the same technique could cause Animal Crossing to glitch out.

What mods are available for acnh?
Well for a save editor that you can use in game you can always try using the sys-botbase ram edit function found in NHSE or you can use ACNHPoker both of these allow you to edit the save in game though they do require an external device to run the editor on.

I jerry rigged this together to automate farming Ace Tournaments
You can also use sys-botbase if you're running custom firmware to do everything via software, and hook directly into the game with other repos using this module

How do I hack Animal Crossing: New Horizons to be able to get any item?

If you're looking for mods for the game that change either textures or behavior of the game you may want to check out the Animal Crossing: New horizons page for layeredFS mods. (I recommend also using something like SimpleModManager to help organize layeredFS mods)

I had a question about modding Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild
If you go on gamebanana you can find plenty of mods. The mod for linkle is high quality and replaces clothing. I don't know about a zelda mod but you could search for one on gamebanana. For something to switch the mods try using Simple Mod Manager
