GC Swiss Disable Video Patches Question
The issue was reported https://github.com/emukidid/swiss-gc/issues/401 but was closed without resolution.

MemCard Pro and GBA adapter
Yes. Here is a video demonstration of using the disc to access Swiss. You need this version of the Action Replay disc (ensuring it says US console if your console is a US model, or it says European console for PAL models). You then need an SD card adapter like this to store the Swiss files. You can also store Game Boy Interface files to load it from Swiss. Here is a visual comparison of Game Boy Interface. I can tell you it looks so much better on a modern TV.

Picoboot mod and soft reset
Thanks for the reply! I'd never have thought to try that. Though, now instead of rebooting to the build-in IPL it just hard locks with a black screen instead. Much like this thread, so I guess I'm not alone as this seems to have been going on for a long time: https://github.com/emukidid/swiss-gc/issues/364

Swiss loaded ISO’s can’t save, corrupted memory
In most cases, yes. As hanst3r said if the game requires streaming audio emulation (select the game in Swiss and it will tell you whether it uses this or not) then you can't also use virtual memory cards. This also applies if you enable read speed emulation, which as far as I know is only required with Tales of Symphonia.

GameCube Gameboy player
You don't need the OEM disc for anything. You just need some way to boot homebrew. Some options are an Action Replay and an SD Card adapter, a memory card with an exploited save game and the game that goes with it, or using a modded GameCube with Picoboot, GCLoader, or XenoGC. You boot into Swiss and then select options for and boot into GBI.

Using this little dude to back up my saves, but F-Zero GX and Animal Crossing can’t be copied over. Anyone know a way around this?
if you use dolphin to move the saves it should work, i use GCMM to transfer saves from my memory card to my pc then you should be able to throw the saves onto the micro sd card that you use in the 8bitmods memory card (i dont own a 8bitmod memory card yet but this method works for all my other memory cards)

Options to back up and write saves to and from cartridges and memory cards?
For GameCube, you can use GCMM on a Wii to convert a physical save cart into a digital file.
-
Corrupt card can’t format
Maybe gcmm could format it for you if you have the means to boot homebrew software?
-
looking for information on Action Replay
Use GCMM on the Wii to copy the WW hacked save and Swiss (download, open the GCI folder and use boot.gci) to the memory card.
- is it possible to export dolphin saves onto the gamecube?

Using Game Boy Interface on a GameCube
GCMM (GameCube Memory Manager) is homebrew software like Swiss, but it's made specifically for backing up files from and restoring files to a GC memory card. It's how Swiss memory cards are made so you're not really doing any different to any seller out there, apart from putting the files on a more reliable memory card.

I have a modded GC with PicoBoot and sd2sp2 and swiss installed. Can I use a GC2SD Micro SD Card Adapter to store saves on an SD card that will go into the memory card slot?
I have found GCMM here: https://github.com/suloku/gcmm

Obtaining an arguably legitimate Ageto Celebi using NTSC-U hardware
- You will have to have either a Homebrewed Wii or a GameCube with Swiss because GCMM will have to be used to backup the save file onto an SD card or some other storage device.
-
importing save to physical memory card
If you are able to use homebrew apps on a GameCube or Wii, you can do so with GCMM.
