I'm starting a svelte-utility library for common actions and components, what should I include?
Could manage the styles in the action itself probably if desired too [link 1] [link 2]

Update Svelte component style using on:mousemove directive
The "best" way I've found (best is subjective since theres a few ways to solve the problem), is to use Svelte Actions for times when whatever it is I'm trying to accomplish is generic enough to be reusable, but not too specific to the point it becomes too complex to manage. Using actions you can emit a custom event with whatever data you want (example could be mouse coordinates). Here's an example of how I used an action along with the Component I used it in.

Anyone use an app to track mood/symptoms?
Nomie 5 is realllyyyy fantastic. It was going to be shut down but the author made it open to the public, so I even host a copy of the app myself. GitHub has a functional link for the app. Basically you can track anything you want and in what way you want it. Count, amount, time, timer, range values, units. Can connect tags. Like say for example I wanted to track my HR. I could put the amount of (my normal is 95) - 95, and could add a tag like (sitting down, eating, was with person x, did y activity). So point being is, if you can think of it, you can track it. So currently I have one for mood, anxiety, stress, brushing teeth, showering, motivation, sex drive, taking daily meds, irritability, etc. After a few months I got me some awesome data. https://github.com/open-nomie/nomie5

Nomie fits the bill. It isn't a native app but a PWA. I have been using it for years for capturing data like you describe.
