Uniform look gtk qt applications
If you installed the themes through the AUR, then they're installed into /usr/share/themes which is inaccessible for flatpak applications. You can either copy the theme to your home (.local/share/themes or .themes) and export these directories to flatpak, or use something like stylepak to package your current theme as a flatpak addition. The latter approach is probably easier.

System Theming (mounting the symbolic link ~/.themes -> /usr/share/themes)
Oh, the response from u/ssokolow reminded me that you could probably use this: https://github.com/refi64/stylepak

GTK Theming issues with flatpaks.
Not sure how it will interact with Gradience, but try using stylepak (previously known as pakitheme), it just turn any gtk theme into a flatpak: https://github.com/refi64/stylepak
- Try this also if your Flatpak application still refuses to use the system cursor themes

Can you make flatpak Qt apps use the Qt5 Settings theme?
You've gotta install the theme as a Flatpak as well. This isn't a problem for me since I use Flat-Remix (which is on Flathub) but if a Flatpak for your theme doesn't already exist you should look into https://github.com/refi64/stylepak or something similar

[PSA] Making Flatpaks use system themes for QT and GTK is actually super easy!
Hogwash! This is the only one-time quick fix you need to force-apply your theme to all flatpaks. https://github.com/refi64/stylepak

The future of apps on Linux

Flatpaks don't apply dark mode in new Mint release
You can use stylepak to install your current gtk theme as a flatpak.
-
Why do people dislike Flatpaks?
Try using Stylepak, then.
-
Is there any way to manually install/copy themes into flatpak, that aren't available via flathub?
Try stylepak.

What themes would you like to see on flatpak?
Recently I've been developing a script to automate theme packaging and updating, which allows to easily manage themes with many variants via a single template.
