Creating an "Out of stock" alert
I realize this is the Powershell sub, but I thought given the importance of the subject matter I would give mention to a mature project that is highly configurable and does stock checking: https://github.com/jef/streetmerchant.

Alternative 3060TI
Or you can try setup a bot... https://github.com/jef/streetmerchant
- Scalper bots

Self hosted software to monitor websites for price changes
I know a few people who use streetmerchant. Seems to be a pretty powerful tool that can already monitor many stores out of the box.

GeForce RTX 3050 revealed
Why has everyone been acting like it’s impossible to get a card at MSRP? With the right planning and skills it’s definitely possible. This is what I’ll use to get myself a 4080 at MSRP: https://github.com/jef/streetmerchant

From NR200P to Q58.
Same, I was lucky to get my 3070 FE from BestBuy. Even had to use a bot just to tell me that something was available (it does NOT auto buy, it just tells me when its available).

I cant find DDR5 anywhere, any tracker?
If you have an understanding of coding you could try and use Street Merchant to set up your own in-stock tracker.

Show HN: Apprise (Notifications) Supports 100 Services Now
- [a web service (you host)](https://github.com/caronc/apprise-api) that can act as a sidecar. This solution allows you to keep your notification configuration in one place instead of across multiple servers (or within multiple programs). This one is for both Admins and Devs.
A lot of systems have already adapted to it such as HomeAssistant, Apache Airflow, ChangeDetection, Uptime Kuma and many others (<https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/showcase#integrations>) which shows the commonality. Mailrise is an incredibly talented program that converts Emails sent to it to trigger notifications via Apprise.
*What else does it do?*
- Emoji Support (:rocket: -> ) built right into it!
- Show HN: LDAP Watchdog: Realtime LDAP monitoring for detecting directory changes
- Created a docker app to notify on new device connections
-
ntfy is a great tool. What do you use it for?
I tried it and it was nice but ultimately I switched to apprise
-
Self Hosted Notification Service
While I'm sure of Gotify and ntfy.sh, I'm not sure if Apprise will do the needful because on its github page(https://github.com/caronc/apprise) it lists all the paid and free notification services for integration so I'm assuming it is just a library like the one I integrated for my django api (onesignal library).

Selfhosted Amazon Price Tracker
Could you add apprise notifications?
-
Self hosted alternative to email alerts?
I use mailrise which hosts a private SMTP gateway for Apprise notifications.
- Redesign einer Website: Mailadressen öffentlich als Sicherheitsrisiko?
