trouble getting application running
so I want to install https://github.com/streamwall/streamdelay to use for twitch, but I'm not exactly a programming guy. I downloaded the binary and installed Gstreamer but when I open the application it closes. It says it's supposed to be integrated into a larger streaming dashboard, but how would I do that?

Panic shutdown and cut for a delayed stream
Does this look like what you want?

How to add delay on stream to mute in case of inappropriate speech? (Tourette's)
I'm in no way affiliated with this project and I haven't used it myself (so red flag, buyer beware, may or may not be safe+functional, etc...) , but some quick googling on my phone did turn up this github repo. It isn't very polished and requires some technical knowledge to integrate with your setup, but it looks pretty doable if you have some basic scripting knowledge. https://github.com/streamwall/streamdelay

Destiny banned from twitch
This is incorrect, there are multiple easy ways to censor, one example https://github.com/streamwall/streamdelay
