I also understand that, the more foreknowledge is required for your blog-post, the narrower your potential audience, but I feel that other technologies, for example react.js, you find a lot of posts on advanced topics without problems, for node.js the only in depth guide for a core node.js module - that I can remember right now - is the stream-handbook.
