How to test if your GitHub Orgs & Repos are configured correctly?
Over the past year, the number of GitHub Orgs and Repos we have been managing has grown significantly as we build out our plugin and mod strategy for Steampipe. So we decided to dogfood a tool that can scan GitHub resources and compare them against best practice (or internal practices for consistency). GitHub Sherlock (https://github.com/turbot/steampipe-mod-github-sherlock) currently does 34 checks across orgs, private/public repos and issues. Here is what a typical output looks like:

Steampipe – Select * from Cloud;
I feel your pain - but Steampipe won't solve this (yet). We have AWS Thrifty [1] to scan your env for cost savings and other tables to query your spend [2], but haven't tackled the 1.8GB of pricing JSON data into a table yet.
