steamdeckbash
Repository of bash scripts for Steam Deck or maybe other SteamOS devices. I only have the Deck, so can't vouch for others. Main scripts are to move compatibility and shader pre-cache data from internal storage to MicroSD card. (by silverthornne)
steamtinkerlaunch
Linux wrapper tool for use with the Steam client for custom launch options and 3rd party programs [Moved to: https://github.com/sonic2kk/steamtinkerlaunch] (by frostworx)

do AAA games shader cache really fill up the 64 gb model?
There are workarounds like moving shader cache to the SD card.
- Improved Script to transfer compatibility and shader cache data to MicroSD card and save space on internal storage: now using a menu list instead of needing the AppID!
- Script to move compatibility data (prefixes) and shader pre-cache data to MicroSD card

Steam Deck
I haven't used it myself but steamtinkerlaunch is definitely your best bet. It lets you easily set up Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex directly on your Deck. The quite extensive wiki will provide more information than I possibly could.

Man New Vegas looks so good on here! Forgot how great this game was. Still can't believe I'm playing this on a handheld.
Tinker Launcher is the easiest way to do it. There is also a third party Linux "port" of MO2 you can install. Tinker Launcher is my preferred method. ProtonupQT is not where you get it from. https://github.com/frostworx/steamtinkerlaunch/wiki/Installation

Does vortex collection work on lutris?
Another app / set of scripts I have found is https://github.com/frostworx/steamtinkerlaunch.
- FSR appears to have no effect on Geometry Dash (Steam game).
- 1k ⭐
- Can't create mixed-case collections ("Vortex")
