Azure Marketplace or Microservice basic service dashboard or status page?
I am looking at https://staytus.co/, which is exactly what I need to display a basic up/down site. No automation is desired, simply a place for IT to indicate what is up and down, hosted out of bound from existing infrastructure. Hosting a full linux VM in IaaS to run Staytus seems very inefficient. Can anyone recommend a similar microservice, Azure app, or similar?
