Can an RPI queue kodi torrent downloads on another machine?
What about LMDS, it is develop for Raspberry pi but you can also deploy it on any PC with Ubuntu. The key word would be Docker containers and soft links to your folder structure on Ubuntu NAS. I hope that's helps.
