Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

- We just released our 39th version after 3 years of work, which is our official V1. We're obviously overexcited and quite proud of our mapping and relocation engines that now also offers 3D reconstruction, so feel free to check it out. Links in comment.

Anchoring AR games in any neighborhood
It's actually visual positioning using Stardust SDK (github link), no gps required and highly precise. Great for both outdoor and indoor applications

Looking for tech that could help with a mobile neighborhood tour
For accurate visual positioning try using Stardust SDK You can map your environment, add 3d objects or points of interest (navigation targets) and do AR navigation. Check it out here

Trying to make sense of technologies available
So there are a few small names popping up here and there with interesting approaches to these topics you mentioned above. For example for visual positioning both indoor and outdoor you have Neogoma creators of the Stardust SDK.

Last year, I posted about my VN/exploration/puzzle hybrid game Shinogi Chess Club which released on Steam back on May. In just a few days, a port of Shinogi Chess Club will launch on Epic Games Store which marks a huge milestone for my career!
And now it’s getting ported to the Epic Games Store in order to reach a wider audience. This is a huge milestone for me as it marks the first time I’ve ported a project to another platform, and I’m hoping to expand further as I continue making more projects. It took a ton of work to prepare for release on a new storefront including making a company website & privacy policy, building my own open-source Unity package that integrates the EOS SDK, implementing that package in a custom SDK manager which deals with auth flow, and creating new promo images that work with the new guidelines for EGS. But the work is finally complete and learning how to go through these steps has definitely prepared me for further ports in the future!
