Lenovo X230 Catalina Hackintosh!
No, and strangely enough, power management seems to work really well on these,in MacOS, much better than some Dell and HP of this era. Maybe try re-running ssdtPRGen?, and verifying that you have Intel Management Engine Interface firmware or not IMEI and IvyBridge ACPI Intel Rapid Restore Technology (IRRT) should be disabled, but it only applies if you have an SSD.

Opencore OR Clover???
I used This part of the Guide, and with ssdtPRGen, I had no issues at all. The Lenovos have a pretty straight up ACPI table (unlike some Dell/HP of this era), so it should be an easy build.

Lenovo T530. BigSur 11.6.4/OC 0.7.8
Can't emphasize enough for anyone new - take the time and get a basic understanding of how ACPI tables work. Tools used - OpenCore 0.7.8, ProperTree, ssdtprgen, iASL (MaciASL), SSDTTime, and Hackintool for exploring the Hardware and IOReg. i'm averaging 2:45 on battery; for reference - it's roughly 4 in Windows, and less than 2 in Kubuntu 22.04

T480 Hackintosh V2
Try to follow these instructions (link1, link2). Updating from Big Sur is better method, also you should disable SIP in recovery mode before updating. And it works pretty well on my X230 (should work on other laptops too). Only main disadvantage of this patching I can't re-enable because it's breaking my installation.

Successful Big Sur install on ivy bridge i3
It's a bit tricky, but it's possible to get it work. You can try follow these two instructions (link1, link2). I tried it on my X230 (I think it also applies to other laptops) and Monterey works pretty well (except I have to have SIP disabled).

Crash screen after selecting MacOS recovery on Thinkpad x230
Hi everyone! So I managed to install MacOS Big Sur on a Lenovo G50-70 using OpenCore before. Now, I'd like to do the same on a Thinkpad x230 I found for cheap on Ebay. I'm using the EFI provided on this github page: https://github.com/banhbaoxamlan/X230-Hackintosh

Error log before OC starts
I’ve installed hackintosh successfully for my x230 thinkpad using this GitHub repo. There is one annoying thing that I couldn’t fix every boot before opencore start I get this Log error. Is there a fix for that? Thanks
