A package to generate random people, based on language and country
A brief explanation of my use case; I'm working on a project where part of it is a random person generator. Users can select a language, gender and birthday range and it'll spit out X amount of random people. This was based on FakerPHP but had a few issues, which I outlined in the initial post.

Looking for a package (other than Faker) or extensive list of first and last names, grouped by nationality and gender, for random name generation
Part of this is the drivers. A few months ago I added a "random driver generator", where users can select a language, gender, and birthdate range to generate a specified amount of random drivers using Faker.

Model Factories in Laravel
Factories are stored in the database/factories directory. This directory by default contains a file UserFactory.php which defines the UserFactory class. Every factory class has a method definition() that returns a set of model attributes with default values as fake data. Laravel uses Faker PHP library to generate dummy data.
