Becoming a Platform Engineer
I feel like most DevOps folks should already be familiar with this, but I have to say that https://github.com/spotify/backstage is probably the gold standard for productising infrastructure for developers. I think working towards a similar goal (whether using backstage or something else) is probably what majority of DevOps/Platform Engineers should strive for.
