Spartan Emacs (A New Minimal Emacs Configuration Framework)
I'm listening to people's feedback in here. custom is no longer /dev/null, backups are handled the same way that better-defaults does it https://github.com/technomancy/better-defaults/blob/master/better-defaults.el and regarding gc, I use the performance settings recommended by lsp-mode https://emacs-lsp.github.io/lsp-mode/page/performance/
