On using bitwarden for TOTP:
Also take a look at solokeys. They are very affordable and support FIDO2 and FIDO U2F -- meaning they have overlapping protocols with Bitwarden, and they certainly work on Google.

You might want to check out https://solokeys.com/ then. They're pretty new (shipping for about a year) but they do full FOSS firmware & software as well as most hardware being FOSS as well.

Solokey v2 - A fully open source FIDO2 security key for two factor authentication and passwordless login
You can use Yubikey for Steam no problem, both in the desktop and mobile Yubioath apps. You just need to extract the TOTP code from the android app and import it into Yubikey.

FWIW, the app uses a variant of TOTP. Some TOTP apps (including one for Yubikeys[0]) support generating them if asked to.
