I think that a snippet repo like this one should work, luasnip is able to use vscode-like snippets IIRC.

The more time I spend with VSCode the more familiar and comfortable I get with it, there's an extension called Markdown PDF which exports to PDF (and HTML among others). At this point I think I do more with VSCode than with my actual IDEs (as those I use for programming and VSCode just as editor).
