SM64 3DS Port
I found this thread from about a half year ago. Not sure if there been an update. You can always go to the GitHub and build it yourself with whatever options you'd like

Sprite-based games with no or few 3D elements more than likely run fine, but I'd imagine you'd care more about playing Zelda and stuff. That's a no-go, but Super Mario 64 has a native 3DS port that works flawlessly.

Can't figure out how to compile gbe+
Repository is here. As for why I want to mess with this before anyone asks I am wanting to add something specific for how you can use the battle chip gate feature, and yes I know I am in over my head and will have a lot of learning to do before I get any real results towards that goal which is why I am seeking help on how to compile this.

https://github.com/shonumi/gbe-plus This is my favorite gameboy emulator, it supports netplay for gb and gbc with some infrared support for gbc crystal. I haven't actually used it in a long time unfortunately, but it can be a good starting point.

Unfortunately, I have no plans to work on HD graphics in GBE+ in the future. In fact, I'm removing it going into 1.6 and beyond. You can see the relevant discussion on GitHub if you're interested.
