Extensions for cleaning up a chaotic desktop
Other plugins still work with this plugin but not with Reader View. I cannot select-and-translate a text with Simple Translate in Reader View.

On my laptop I use a browser extension called Simple Translate https://simple-translate.sienori.com/ It gives a short and simple translation in a small box that pops up instantly when a word or phrase is highlighted.

Translate app that auto-changes output according to the input
Simple Translate does that in PC, but I couldn't find an android app that does that. When I write something from my language, it translates to English, when I write English, it translates to my language. Any app like that?

As for the translation, I can recommend the Simple Translate addon. It adds a handy right-click option to translate the whole page, or to translate the selected text in a hover-popup thing.
