One thing I also noticed was all the flowers in the bottom left were in the same orientation, which looks a little weird and static. There's some Illustrator scripts for doing things like randomising rotation/scale that you might want to look into for making it look a little more natural.

I think it was this collection of scripts I remember having stored away somewhere, in particular the noise-fill, noise-rotate, and noise-scale scripts.

Maybe this trim mask script will help you untangle this.

In this github script dump there's a 'Rescale' script. It prompts you to put in the old and new size in specific units, but you can also say the old size is '1' and the new size '2' to double everything (or the old scale is '0.5' and the new scale is '1' for the same effect, so on and so forth).
