I've used the SelfRestraint Blocker on Windows 10 https://github.com/ParkerK/selfrestraint to block a site and set 30 Minutes, but the block didn't go away after 30 Minutes, so I uninstalled the program. I've searched for a solution to unblock the site and found ttp://pyselfrestrainthelp.blogspot.com and removed the block section from the hosts file and restarted google. But it still isn't unblocked, even after restarting the computer.
