JsonLogic
I also did this some year ago. A big learning was that you should define the allowed input types in the logic object.

Dawn Version 2.3.3 Is Out
Have you seen the jaspr post from a month ago? It's younger than your project but seems to have more features, like JasprPad, tests, a custom version of riverpod and more. It may be worth taking a look at, maybe even collaboration as jaspr doesn't seem to have specialized components like your Video widget.

Introducing Jaspr - A complete web-framework written in Dart
I love DartPad, the online code-editor for Dart. However it only supports selected packages, so I made my own version. It's called JasprPad and you can check it out here.
So I made sure everything is well documented right from the start. Check out the wiki.
What are some alternatives?
jsonlogic - Go Lang implementation of JsonLogic
dart-pad - An online Dart editor with support for console, web, and Flutter apps
json-logic-js - Build complex rules, serialize them as JSON, and execute them in JavaScript
cel-spec - Common Expression Language -- specification and binary representation
mobileraker - A Flutter mobile app for Klipper/Moonraker
sci - Configurable Clojure/Script interpreter suitable for scripting and Clojure DSLs
dawn - Dawn is a Dart web framework that lets developers create UIs with a widget model similar to Flutter. Dawn apps are compiled into JS and painted with HTML & CSS.
json-logic-rs - JSONLogic implementation in Rust, accessible via Python and JS
rad - A zero-dependency web framework for creating high-performant web apps using Dart.
widgetbook - Widgetbook is the custom widget library and collaboration platform for Flutter frontend teams.
