I keep checking https://13f.info/ every quarter and seeing companies like Vanguard and Blackrock increase their holdings is a good sign to me.

WHO releases 13f information first?
That would be hard to pinpoint, you'd have to manually go through a ton of data and release dates. Which aren't always the same for each quarter... but a great site i use is: https://13f.info/

Using this super handy site https://13f.info/ I pulled Citadel’s 13F quarterly holdings for each security from Q1 2015 until Q4 2020. These are positions, not gains/losses. Positive means they are net long on that security that quarter. Negative means they are net short that security that quarter. Net position = Shares + Calls - Puts

13Fs are just to show instiutional ownership for firms. A great site to show summarized data is https://13f.info/ it even has the option to compare quarter over quarter by firm or by holding (e.g. AMC - Source: https://13f.info/cusip/00165C104/2022/1)
