I do monitor this page, but am lately feeling less motivated about answering the same questions over and over again (they are all addressed in the wiki). Spoon-feeding is soul-draining.

There’s an old thread/issue where the “initial version” of the option to delete old backups was discussed. I think that you can get an idea, or starting point, to implement something like that for your needs.
