sccmclictr VS TsGui

To any future comers, it seems /u/chfuchs comment about using https://github.com/rzander/sccmclictr is the solution. However, there are a few caveats. You must enable WinRM (even on localhost), which can be done via cmd prompt using winrm quickconfig. The other thing is, it must run as admin. So I can see the TS advertisement, and when I hit "re-run" advertisement, it immediately pops up in Software Center. I'm not sure what the issue is, but this works 100% of the time (tried it in a VM and two desktops, and a laptop all within different boundaries).

Pretty sweet for an SCCM environment."

Use something like Client Center https://github.com/rzander/sccmclictr if you really want a gui to do it manually without locking the device.

I'm the TsGui dev. To confirm, you have existing GuiOption values, and you want to concatenate the values together into another one? You need to combine Option Linking and a Combined query. Option Linking pulls the values from existing GuiOptions, and the Combined query sticks them together.
