New player, looking for server hosting recommendation
I recently set up one on AWS using this github repo. It will require a little bit of work to setup, but it should run smoothly by itself after that. I added an elastic ip as recommended in the readme.

Self Managing Dedicated Server on AWS for $5/month
This is the script that runs on startup of the instance on ubuntu that installs everything including the game, the service, the auto shutdown service, and the s3 backup cron job. Feel free to take a look and take what you need: https://github.com/feydan/satisfactory-server-aws/blob/main/server-hosting/scripts/install.sh. this should be run as root. The one other dependency is aws cli and credentials for the s3 sync.

Can someone double-check my math for calculating nuclear clockspeed settings?
One way of checking Clock Speed on any Building / Machine is to use FICSIT DB by u/emingbt. See their recent Reddit Post.

FICSIT Database - Made by u/emingbt and still a WiP but includes Building / Machine Overclocking / Under-Clocking which is helpful in determining Production Goals when using a particular Default or Alternate Recipe. See Related Reddit Post.

I have updated Ficsit DB!
Maybe in future but right now, no because project is Open Source! 😄I'm not using a database to store game data, it is in the project. You can find it in the repository. Also I have used an open source library while parsing the Docs.json (game data file that you can find inside the file location of the game)
What are some alternatives?
cdk-templates - Templates for aws cdk
ficsit-felix - A save file visualizer for the game Satisfactory
SatisfactoryRecipeOptimizer - Satisfactory Recipe Optimizer
satisfactory-docs-parser - NPM package for parsing Satisfactory's Docs.json
satisfactory-json - Convert Satisfactory save files to JSON and back
aws-toolkit-vscode - Amazon Q, CodeWhisperer, CodeCatalyst, Local Lambda debug, SAM/CFN syntax, ECS Terminal, AWS resources
serverless - This is intended to be a repo containing all of the official AWS Serverless architecture patterns built with CDK for developers to use. All patterns come in Typescript and Python with the exported CloudFormation also included.
aws-cdk - The AWS Cloud Development Kit is a framework for defining cloud infrastructure in code
