You could use this tool (https://github.com/jacogr/sample-ledger-ed25519) to extract your seed in raw format. After that, you could simply import your ed25519 seed in Polkadot.js App to generate a json file that can be imported into the extension as Polkadot.js extension doesn't accept raw seeds. We would suggest reaching out to their support as they will assist you correctly in recovering your wallet.

Firefox Extension Issue

I'm new in Polkadot, and I created my account using the official polkadot{.js} extension in Firefox. I was able to create one and transfer funds from an exchange. Right now, I'm trying to send a token to my other account (controller), and tried to stake but both of them didn't work due to the extension issue.
