edge VS chadtree

This color scheme has a Light option that i like, but i can't find out how to configure it. I can set the colorscheme to edge, but i can't find how to set edge to the light variant.

Neovim supports any Vim theme, but I focussed on exclusive extensions where sensible, like it is in the case of colour schemes. In fact, an acclaimed addition to the 0.5 Neovim release was the support for tree-sitter, which provides advanced code parsing functionalities. That means it offers, among other mouth-filling wizardries, support for better syntax highlighting. The nvim-treesitter repository lists supported languages and compatible themes. I found shaunsingh/nord.nvim, avarasu/onedark.nvim, sainnhe/edge and rose-pine/neovim simply irresistible.

I've been using edge (https://github.com/sainnhe/edge). I quite like one dark colour scheme and this has stuck with me for the longest time (5-6 months and still counting).

The colorscheme is edge with italics activated for everything.

Those are settings for ctermbg/ctermfg in hl groupa. I'm taking about colors for :terminal (example https://github.com/sainnhe/edge/blob/48b0c85e093a4fb9eeb00092b85ba66555e924b1/colors/edge.vim#L312)

chadtree for dealing with files in the current project & Rnvimr (which basically integrates Ranger) when I want to work with files all over the disk.

CHADTree basically NERDTree but harder faster stronger,

I don't use coc but coq_nvim so I deleted coc support. And added support for CHADtree

Do you use a file explorer in vim ? I guess it probably is something like this, this or maybe this. While all these are fancy looking with icons and stuff there is a file tree and explorer in vim already. It is not the best file-explorer honestly but it works and is faster than most of these. Yes I am talking about the good ol' netrw.

my plans for the future is to have more of a refocus on chadtree, and finally bring in batch renaming, which i've wanted to do for a long time, but was too busy with coq, and start working on the issue tracker.

Have u thought of using chadtree plugin for opening tabs? Or maybe I'm missing your point?

I think it's just "github" see bottom of page https://github.com/ms-jpq/chadtree/blob/chad/docs/THEME.md - wouldn't mind to tweak that since the blue looks odd on dark background.
