Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

This changes EVERYTHING! OCCT v13 will be released for Linux also. If this is true, it will be the first time in the history of Linux that we will have access to hardware info and stress tests, all in one app!
for Ryzen cpus there's ryzen_smu which appears to be able to do this. not sure about Intel.

Can all Zen 3 APUs run 4x 16GB 3200MT CL16 stable? (just XMP)
For sensor and whatnot, check out corefreq and ryzen_smu.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong here when installing ryzen smu?
Attempting to install Ryzen smu on fedora and I am using the "Stand-alone" installation as I understand that fedora/debian/arch are different.

Boot failure on kernel 6.2
Only out-of-tree modules being run are drivers for rtw8852be wireless card and ryzen_smu. The retbleed flag is not set and I'm running ext4, not f2fs.

Core-to-core latencies of the AMD EPYC Milan, 3rd gen
For AMD, if you have query access to the SMU coprocessor, you could use corefreq and ryzen_smu; they're for sensor readouts, and they do slightly different things. (And Zentimings and HWiNFO for windows.)

RAM won't run at XMP speeds
Check out corefreq and ryzen_smu; they're for sensor readouts, and they do slightly different things.

That said, the ryzen_smu tool for linux exposes "CLDO_VDDM", which reads out to 0.9504 volts, regardless of load.

B die, Ryzen 5700 help with starting.
Check out this guide. Also check out Ryzen SMU for better sensor readings on linux.

3900x L3 Cache errors
I forgot to mention, Ryzen SMU can be used to for sensor reading.
-
is there any overcocking tools for linux?
CPU/RAM overclocking is best done via the firmware, so at worst you're missing out on sensors and other readouts. That said, if you have a ryzen, there are a number of tools available.

Mangohud - Power reading from my CPU on 0.0W
I installed Zen3power, a more updated version: https://github.com/Ta180m/zenpower3
-
The 6.1 kernel is out
I’ve noticed Mangohud wasn’t showing CPU watts. I did some searching and found https://github.com/Ta180m/zenpower3. Blacklisted k10temp and now its working.

Here's it's github page for trouble shooting and bug reporting
-
How to get accurate temps?
I think zenpower3 can help with that.
- The 5.15 kernel has been released
What are some alternatives?
zenpower - Zenpower is Linux kernel driver for reading temperature, voltage(SVI2), current(SVI2) and power(SVI2) for AMD Zen family CPUs.
