Rocksmith toolkit for mac
I've been to https://github.com/rscustom/rocksmith-custom-song-toolkit/releases However, that link downloads a custom song toolkit icon but then double clicking tells me the computer can't open it. Doesn't give a reason just The application “RocksmithCustomSongToolkit” can’t be opened.

I have found some existing tools (such as RocksmithToolkitLib and the Python library rsrtools) but I'd rather work directly from a spec and not reverse-engineer their parser.
