For the arbitrage, I used Ramana's guide. It's not many steps so goes quickly. Be aware that when you install nodejs (pre-req), there is a very old version in the Ubuntu repository that is not compatible, so I had to update it before.

I just updated ethstaker.tax yesterday to account for withdrawals. They are now available in a separate column in the CSV file so you can use the "withdrawals" column and ignore the "consensus layer income" column if you wish to.
