Indeed you can, here is the Github repo for the docker I use for these type of things. There are a few paid services too. But I find a lot of value having my own endpoints, especially when you deal with http stuff frequently and you factor in headers, proxies, auth front ends, etc.

Dialogflow CX CLI
hello!! I’ve been building an open-source project for several months and I think is ready to go! It is a CLI to interact with Dialogflow CX, its NLU and has quite useful testing capabilities within the conversational AI field.
