[META] On 12th June many subs will go off for 24h (some even permanently!), due to the Reddit API changes which go against a community-owned user-centric Reddit via 3rd-Party-Apps. This is also against the community-focus, that r/SD stands for. Shall we join the protest on 12th June?
Use removeddit.com's extension. It's extremely likely you've had comments hidden/censored that you're not even aware of dude... It's not just rightwing extremists, it's also just vanilla right wingers, libtards, progressives, anti corporates, etc etc.

Important Warning For All Power Scalers [Spread The Word]
I don't know if you've heard, but reddit is taking a number of controversial steps to prepare themselves for becoming a public corporation later this year. For instance, they recently announced they would charge for access to their API, which basically means most third party reddit programs like old.reddit.com, removeddit.com, or the Apollo app could get killed off.

Is there no alternative for redditsearchtool?
removeddit.com

Can we please change our habits and reverse this meme? This is why they win the info war
Example: reddit.com becomes reveddit.com/ or ceddit.com/ or removeddit.com/

Review of Reddit Content Policy, Basic Reddiquette, ShadowBan Guidelines, and Sub Rules
Be aware of http://removeddit.com/, bots that automatically store what you write, and parasitic followers and how to block and ban and report them.

A fish rots from the head, so does the state.
Can anyone suggest me a good alternative to https://removeddit.com/ ? I'm curious about finding out how they justify or denies it in the comment, but the site is down... :(

Should I build a site where users can post reviews on recruiters?
What I would REALLY like to see, both for utility and to stick it to the man, is a website like removeddit.com that saves all the negative reviews Glassdoor and Indeed delete for their employer overlords.
-
It really irritates me to see this. 25 extra boosts wasted on a server with level 3. Those extra boosts could've gotten 3 servers to level 2
Replace reddit.com in the URL with removeddit.com

Beyerdynamic DT-990s left side is louder than right
I can't see the actual post other than the subject and removeddit.com is not workin or not picking up that post. Probably because it was deleted. I guess I could never prove I didn't post on an alt account or something...but not sure what that would accomplish.

What's the deal with Ceddit and Removeddit? Why are they gone?
the pushshift thing seems to be right. the github page for removeddit (and for reveddit too) clearly states it uses pushshift’s API, so i think you’re right about it being a bit slow to archive things

People have been buried behind a Mississippi jail since 2016, attorney says
sure does... makes the nationwide database maintained by the Washington post seem incomplete (the one about fatal police shootings)

- WAPO: Fatal Force DB
- WAPO: Crosswalker
-
[OC] Fatal Police Shootings in the US: Racial disparities. In absence of racial differences, the probability of fatal police encounters would be the same across racial groups. It is not. Black/African Americans are 4.5 times more likely to have a fatal encounter with the police than Asian Americans.
Data source: The Washington Post Fatal Force Database.
- Thank god for the cops

Nationwide ban on TikTok inches closer to reality
WaPo is extremely left leaning so it’s not like this is some alternative facts thing. This dataset is in fact the most accurate one in existence. https://github.com/washingtonpost/data-police-shootings
- It's not from fcbook, it's from the cop worshipping sub, but holy...
-
US police killed 1176 people in 2022 making it the deadliest year on record for police files in the country since experts first started tracking the killings
wapo has kept an excellent database since 2015 or so - you can see the data here. https://github.com/washingtonpost/data-police-shootings/blob/master/v2/fatal-police-shootings-data.csv
