referBeam VS webpack-cli

Please help me resolve my noobie webpack errors. They just keep coming one after the other on the following project(reduced errors by 30+): https://github.com/webdesignleader/referBeam

Unable to load '@webpack-cli/serve' command

Let's install webpack and webpack-cli, we'll be using Webpack 5
