Suggestions for converting a Next.js (app router) / Tailwind CSS website hosted on Vercel to a OSX app
Has anyone done this before or have a repo they've seen that would make this easy? I've seen https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-test-app for example but it doesn't support react-native-web and or Next.js.

You may have expected this - these are all DOM-based, and there’s no DOM in React Native. So instead developers will have to learn Detox or Appium.
