Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

AdMob User Consent for Non-Personalized Ads
I'm currently trying the admobs consent screen (as u/nalachal described), but I'm having some issues with that. The problem with the consent screen is, that as soon as the user wants to manage the options manually, depending on the options they select the won't see any ads at all. This would not be a problem, as you can request the selected options. The problem is that they also need to select some vendors, but this can't be requested via the react-api.. I have opened a github issue for that /react-native-google-mobile-ads/issues/401.

The library you're using is also deprecated and says to use https://github.com/invertase/react-native-google-mobile-ads so might be worth trying to switch to see if that fixes it.

Question about AdMob impression-level ad revenue implementation in React Native
The two ways of easily implementing AdMob is through Firebase, and through react-native-google-mobile-ads.

Admob package?
The logical option would be react-native-admob but it seems like that project hasn't been maintained for 2 years and counting. Other alternatives I could find are React Native Firebase/admob which is deprecated, react-native-admob/admob which is maintained and react-native-admob-native-ads.
