react-native-draggable-view VS react-native-reanimated-bottom-sheet

Depending on what you’re doing, I’ve had luck with react-native-draggable-view

It is not. In the docs where I have {navigation} they have {this.props.navigation}. From this, I took it to mean that it will return this screen on top of the screen it is written in, so I replaced it {this.props.navigation} with {navigation}

We are trying to upgrade our React-Native version to 0.72+ (to comply with the Android minimum API version). Reanimated v2 is giving us an error, but Reanimated v3 works. However, the bottom sheet package we use react-native-reanimated-bottom-sheet and the alternative suggested react-native-bottom-sheet.

I used reanimated-bottom-sheet and config'ed the spring animation variables to make it happen. But maybe will give modalize library a chance to see if it may achieve better performance later

Currently running into a problem using react-native-reanimated-bottom-sheet, I've got the sheet working when I run it on expo on my actual device, when I click a button it appear and I can swipe down to close it. However when I'm running it on the simulator I'm unable to swipe down to dismiss, has anyone else had this problem and if anyone has a possible fix I could try that would be great!

There’s no library that I know of that will get you this exact view, but the bottom drawer can be done with a library like this: https://github.com/osdnk/react-native-reanimated-bottom-sheet, I use that in my app and it works well, there are others out there too. “React native reanimated bottom drawer / sheet”
