Qr code scanner for react native CLI?
Hi everyone,it seems the most used one, react-native-qrcode-scanner, depends on a deprecated package, react-native-camera. Should i still install it and use this(is it even possible to install a deprecated npm package)?In the meanwhile i tried an other one, react-native-camera-kit, but the documentation seems lacking and incorrect. Am i already out of options here?should i just install react native camera even if deprecated?

Mocking Camera functionality on iOS simulator with React Native
Hi, I'm not sure how people are dealing with Camera not working on iOS simulator(I know there is a library) but recently I'm managing it by wrapping the camera component and fetching a placeholder image instead. Let me leave the code for anyone interested in it.

We actively chose not to integrate MLKit for now because of the extra setup required for people. We found it cumbersome ourselves. We don't think it's worth the overhead and prefer to rely on iOS's own accelerated features.
