Starting Clan page - can we link stats to a 3rd party page?
I don't believe what you have described is currently possible. You can use Hell Let Loose (HLL) advanced RCON to display scoreboards of live stats and past games. For example, this website shows the stats of players on the "Garrisons and Whiskey - Esprit De Corps Gaming" server.
