A03 and kobo
Nothing is really user friendly as I use it just for my own feeds. You need to add the rss of the stories you want the site to track, and then login to pocket to allow the application to send you automatically the articles when they get updated. It's very bare bones, but it mostly works. If you want you can submit feedback on github.

What Magazine/News publications would you like to have auto delivered to your Kobo? 📰
I created a similar (albeit much more barebones service) that I use to follow RSS feeds for episodic web novels (like you can find on Royal Road). Any RSS works though. It supports delivering to Kindles, and I have plans (very far into the future) to support the reMarkable and maybe other devices. The code is on github.

ratt - RSS all the things!
Sure, it's not really ready for human consumption yet unfortunately. Ie, there isn't any documentation for setting it up.

I’m not great at drawing but I made this original artwork for the MailMarkable website
It basically follows a list of feeds you add to it, downloads the html, passes it through a readability transformer to extract the content, then converts it to a mobi file (and epub, more recently), which then mails to the kindle e-mail address. It's not very ergonomic or user friendly, but if the code would help you, you're welcome to have a look at it.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing ratt and feeds you can also consider the following projects:
RSS-Bridge - The RSS feed for websites missing it
gojq - Pure Go implementation of jq
