You might be able to adapt #lang c ( https://github.com/jeapostrophe/c ) and reuse the #lang r6rs reader ( https://github.com/racket/r6rs/blob/master/r6rs-lib/r6rs/private/readtable.rkt ) to get syntax highlighting etc.
